Hello everyone, we just released a new update to MyBandTheme, updating it to version 1.3.
This update addresses a couple of specific issues our customers have had. Have a look at the changes below, and if you did not experience any of the below, you may not need to carry out the update
If you have customized some files and do not wish to re-upload all the files (thereby losing your modifications), you’ll find a “changelog.txt” file in the download file, which includes the list of files we updated.
Here is a summary of the changes in MyBandTheme v1.3:
Enhancements
- Track titles trimmed to 25 characters, then “…”
- Added feature to Event page: if no venue or time or homepage or address or google map input, then
those fields aren’t displayed on the event page
- If no content in post for Homepage Featured slider, no hover-over with text
- Added feature to WP pages: MyBandTheme now Automatically adds FB and Twitter sharing features to WP
pages as well
- WP 3.2 compatibility
Bug fixes
- Positioning of homepage widgets, when you use 2 MyBand custom widgets
- Color picker appearing on social network admin page, when specific 3rd party plugins are active
- Event Calendar Widget defaults to present month
- IE8 dropdown menu text not appearing
