Indie Developer License Agreement
The Indie Developer License grants freelance web designers, programmers and web design agencies a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the MyBandTheme WordPress theme.
Your use of MyBandTheme, under the Indie Developer License, is subject to the following conditions:
1. - You may use MyBandTheme on 20 (twenty) domains.
2. - You may use MyBandTheme alone or you may incorporate MyBandTheme into another work you are creating.
3. - Unless you have our prior written consent, you must not directly or indirectly license, sub-license, sell or resell or provide for free MyBandTheme or offer to do any of these things unless MyBandTheme is incorporated into a work you have created. All of these things are referred to as Resale.
4. - You may reproduce MyBandTheme:
- in a printed format or;
- on a website or;
- in an electronic document such as a PowerPoint presentation or an ebook or;
- in a video production or;
- in a music track.
5. - You may use MyBandTheme in a work which you are creating for your clients.
6. - You may incorporate MyBandTheme in a work which is created for your clients, and require your clients to only use MyBandTheme for their own personal use, as well as prohibit resale of MyBandTheme.
7. - You may display MyBandTheme, and make MyBandTheme available for use by 20 members of your clientele, in conjunction with a web site service that you host on behalf of your clients. When using MyBandTheme through a web site service, you may make 20 copies of MyBandTheme, but you must procure that your clients do not reproduce or use MyBandTheme in another application.
8. - Notwithstanding the restriction on Resale, if you acquire MyBandTheme on behalf of your client you may recoup from your client the cost of acquiring MyBandTheme as a personal license.
9. - If the whole, or part, of MyBandTheme has been created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of MyBandTheme (or part Work) is subject to the specific terms of the GPL in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).
Record Label License Agreement
The Record Label License grants members of the music industry, music publishers, record labels, etc. a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the MyBandTheme WordPress theme.
Your use of MyBandTheme, under the Record Label License, is subject to the following conditions:
1. - You may use MyBandTheme on an unlimited number of domains.
2. - You may use MyBandTheme alone or you may incorporate MyBandTheme into another work you are creating.
3. - Unless you have our prior written consent, you must not directly or indirectly license, sub-license, sell or resell or provide for free MyBandTheme or offer to do any of these things unless MyBandTheme is incorporated into a work you have created. All of these things are referred to as Resale.

6. - You may incorporate MyBandTheme in a work which is created for Licensed Musicians, and require Licensed Musicians to only use MyBandTheme for their own personal use, as well as prohibit resale of MyBandTheme.
7. - You may display MyBandTheme, and make MyBandTheme available for use by an unlimited number of your Licensed Musicians, in conjunction with a web site service that you host on behalf of your clients. When using MyBandTheme through a web site service, you may make unlimited copies of MyBandTheme but you must procure that your clients do not reproduce or use MyBandTheme in another application.
